What services can I get from the Centre of Registers?

You can order a certificate about your declared place of residence

This means that you can request a document that states your declared place of residence.

The declared place of residence is your home address.

Register the birth of a child

This means that you need complete a form at the Centre of Registers to report the birth of your child.

The state is then notified of your child's birth.

Order a certificate about your real property

For example, real property can be an apartment, a house, or a garden parcel.

Ordering a certificate means requesting and official document that lists the real property you own.

For example: If you own one apartment, the certificate will state that you own real property one apartment.

If you do not own any apartment, the certificate will state that you do not own any real property.

Register your company

This means that you can establish your own company and provide the Centre of Registers with the information about:

  • Company director
  • Company name
  • Company address
  • And other information

Grant a power of attorney

This means that you can request a document that allows another person to act on your behalf.

For example, it allows your parents to sign documents for you.

Opening hours of the Centre of Registers

 

The Centre of Registers is open:

  • Monday: 8:00-17:00
  • Tuesday: 8:00-17:00
  • Wednesday: 8:00-17:00
  • Thursday: 8:00-17:00
  • Friday: 8:00-16:00
  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed

On the day before a public holiday, the Centre of Registers closes 1 hour earlier.
