About the Centre of Registers

The Centre of Registers is a state-owned enterprise and the principal manager of key national data as well as a trusted partner of a modern state and society. Its core activities include the registration of register objects and the provision of data. In addition to delivering public services, the Centre of Registers also carries out commercial activities, such as the issuance of qualified energy performance certificates, individual real property valuation, and cadastral surveys.

In total, the Centre of Registers maintains 12 registers and more than ten state information systems.

The mission of the Centre of Registers is to meet the needs of society through the efficient and reliable management of entrusted state information resources.
Its vision is to be an advanced partner of society that efficiently manages state information resources, as well as develops and provides convenient digital services.

Consultations and service provision at the Centre of Registers

Remote consultations are available by phone at +370 5 268 8262.
Hours of operation: Monday–Thursday 8:00 - 17:00, and Fridays 8:00 - 16:00.

Consumers are served in person at 50 Customer Service throughout Lithuania. Information on Unit addresses and opening hours is available in the Centre of Registers contact section.

Obtain cadastral map extract for real property owned by you or your company*

Submit an application for obtaining an electronic certified extract from the Register (ESI)
Obtain electronic copies of documents of a legal entity stored in the Register
Obtain electronic copies of a legal entity’s financial statements and other documents submitted together with them
Temporarily reserve a company name in the Register
Register a new individual enterprise, private limited liability company, association, public institution, small partnership, or charity and support fund
