The Register of Members of Political Organisations Information System (POLONR IS) is an information system designed for the centralised collection, management, and provision of data on members of political organisations, their membership history, and membership-related processes. Purpose of the System
POLONR IS is designed to:

Administer data on political organisations and their members, including membership start and end dates, membership changes, and automatically recorded events;

Support the establishment, membership management, and verification processes, through integrations with other registers and information systems;

Provide reliable data to other information systems through the Universal Data Sharing Interface (UDTS);

Ensure secure access for individuals and representatives of political organisations via the external POLONEPP portal.

Population Register Information System (GR IS) – name, surname, personal identity code, citizenship, declared place of residence;

Register of Incapable Persons and Persons with Limited Legal Capacity Information System (NIRVAR IS) – data on legally incapable persons or persons with limited legal capacity;

Register of Legal Entities Information System (JAR IS) – data on the establishment and legal status of political organisations;

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Lithuania is the controller of POLONR IS, while the State Enterprise Centre of Registers is the data processor of POLONR IS.
The purpose, objectives, main functions, organizational, informational, and functional structures, procedures for data provision and use, data security requirements, financing, modernisation, and decommissioning of POLONR IS are established by the Regulations of POLONR IS.
