Terminate membership in a political organisation

For whom is this form intended?

This application form is intended for members of a political organisation who wishes to terminate their membership.

1. Requirements for the applicant

You must be a member of a political organisation.

2. How to submit an application?

1. Log in to the POLONEPP portal at https://polonepp.registrucentras.lt/ using the VIISP or iPasas authentication methods.

2. On the main menu, select Terminate membership in a political organisation and click Order.

3. Complete the application form.

3. Completing the application form

• Membership termination: Specify the desired membership termination date (no earlier than the following day).

• Reason for membership termination: Specify the reason for terminating your membership.

4. Confirmation and submission

• Review the information you have entered.

• Click Submit membership termination application. 

5. What happens next?

• You will be notified of the submission of your application by email and a system notification.

• Once the specified date is reached, your membership in the political organisation will become inactive.
