Update political organisation member data

For whom is this form intended?

This application form is intended for the head or representative (authorised person) of a political organisation who wishes to update the data of members of the political organisation.

1. Requirements for the applicant

You can access this service in the POLONR IS self-service system only after authentication via VIISP or iPasas using an electronic signature, online banking, or another approved authentication methods.

2. How to update the data?

1. Log in to the POLONEPP portal at https://polonepp.registrucentras.lt/ using the VIISP or iPasas authentication methods.

2. On the main menu, select Update political organisation member data, and click Order.

3. Find the member whose data you wish to update. In the Actions column, click the three vertical dots icon and select Edit.

3. Completing the form

• Contact details: Enter the email address and residential address (if the address is not retrieved from the Population Register).

• Membership start date: The membership start date can be edited for members whose membership started before 27 March 2026.

Important: The residential address can be entered only if the person is a citizen of the Republic of Lithuania and the address is not retrieved from the Population Register.

4. Confirmation and submission

• Review the information.

• Click Save.
